Heather Smith, owner/broker of Our Home Realty Advisors, began her career as a marketing manager at KPMG after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. After a few years in marketing, she decided to follow her love of houses and switched careers into architectural design. The home design industry was booming, and she enjoyed working with homeowners and builders to deliver their dream house design.
This opened the doors for her to real estate, which encompasses all of Heather’s passions: home design, marketing, building, and property investing. In 2018 Our Home Advisors was born. Kathleen was born and raised locally in Essex, CT. She has lived along the shoreline her entire life and now resides here in Middletown CT with her husband and two children. Kathleen has a huge heart for her family and thrives in her local community by spending time with her church family, volunteering locally, helping those who are less fortunate, and giving back in any way that she can.
In her previous career, she worked closely with customers helping them with their financial planning, setting future goals, account managing, but most of all she prides herself on all the trusted relationships that she formed and built over the many years. Kathleen has a vast relationship with many business professionals at local banks, with financial advisors, mortgage brokers, estate planners, attorneys, city developers, and business relationships with small mom and pop businesses to commercial businesses. It was each of those experiences and encounters that led her to decide to pursue a career in real estate so that she could help as many people as possible throughout the home buying and selling process.

Sarah has lived in CT since her senior year of high school after relocating from Dutchess County, NY. She attended and graduated with honors from Eastern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration. Sarah has lived in several areas of the state including Stamford, Hamden, Middletown and finally, Haddam where she, her husband and two children have called home since 2018.
Sarah has had a long and successful career in sales and customer service working for big businesses like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, IKON Office solutions and Banner Health. Sarah built a reputation for helping people and going the extra mile while working as an administrator for small businesses in the medical field. She is compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic with a focus on building lasting relationships and helping people when they need it the most. Pam comes to out agency with a varied background, not only a Realtor but an Educator, as well. Her career in Real Estate began in 1980 working for Century 21 in two offices, one in East Hampton, CT and the other in Willimantic, CT where she worked as the Office Manager. Raising children became her next fulltime job with college classes at night completing three degrees that lead to her new career as a teacher for several decades in Columbia, CT and Hartford, CT.

Paul was born and raised in this beautiful State of Connecticut, and at the age of 18 left for the deserts of Arizona. After many years, a wife and 2 beautiful little children, Paul has moved back to raise his family. The community feel of the New England towns was the draw for him. Paul and his wife wanted their children to learn the same core values that they learned growing up in towns like we have here.
Paul has worn many hats over the years: pizza chef, contractor, bar owner, insurance underwriter, and of course realtor.
